When you plug your guitar into the VE-2, the AUTO HARMONY function automatically detects the guitar chord being played and creates a matching harmony or responds based on the manually set key. It’s that simple!

In HYBRID mode you can combine both: the harmonization follows both the played guitar chords and the manually set key. That’s ideal when you combine riffs and chords while singing. When the guitar chord fades, the VE-2 immediately switches to the manually set setting. With these three intuitive modes, you can produce natural, stable harmonies without extensive knowledge of electronic gear or music theory.

A Variety of Harmony Options to Suit Any Genre

You're sure to find the right sound for your style—the VE-2 offers 12 different harmony variations. They’re easy to select via a single knob. You can choose between one or two additional voices in various scale intervals above or below your voice. Additionally, you can enrich the vocal with even more voices for a fuller harmony, whether to add a bit of color or to create a full choir. It’s that easy to craft impressive vocal parts with the VE-2.

The built-in multi-function pedal lets you toggle harmonization on and off or bypass the VE-2 sound while you play or sing. The echo section delivers top-notch reverb and delay, or both in combination—all intuitively adjustable. The XLR input is compatible with a wide range of professional microphones, including studio-grade condenser microphones that require phantom power. Phantom power is available on the VE-2 even in battery mode, so you can use high-end microphones almost anywhere.

Normally you'd need a complex setup of multiple devices to record with real-time harmonization and sound enhancement. Not with the VE-2! Just connect your computer with the USB cable and record your singing with harmonization and effects using your favorite recording software.

Beyond music production and songwriting, the VE-2 also gives singers the ability to create impressive sounds for their social media videos. The VE-2 also features a loop-back function to mix the microphone signal with the audio playback from the computer and record or stream both signals on the computer.
