Ultra-Compact 2-Channel Audio Interface!
The Rode AI-Micro is a 4 x 4 cm small, mobile, and flexibly usable USB-C audio interface with 3.5 mm jacks for 2 microphones and one headphone. The AI-Micro works with Mac and PC as well as smartphones (USB-C) and iPhones (Lightning), with the corresponding USB cables included.
The 3.5 mm stereo headphone output is located between the microphone inputs and serves for playback from the connected device or for zero-latency monitoring of the recording signals. The USB-C port is on the back of the AI-Micro.
Compatible with Many Rode Microphones
You can connect not only microphones with a three-pole 3.5 mm TRS plug (signal on the tip) but also the Rode smartLav+ with its four-pole TRRS plug (signal on the shaft) — all without an adapter!
The AI-Micro automatically detects where the microphone signal is present and is compatible with the Lavalier GO, Lavalier II, RØDELink Lav, VideoMic GO, VideoMic GO II, Video Mic Rycote, VideoMic Pro Rycote, VideoMic Pro+, VideoMic NTG — and smartLav+.
Perfect Configuration via Free Rode Apps
The AI-Micro can be configured and updated via the free Rode Central app/software. Additionally, the AI-Micro is recognized by the also free podcast/streaming software Rode Connect and can be integrated there.
Included are 30 cm USB connection cables SC21 (to Lightning), SC22 (to USB-C), and SC23 (to USB-A).
