USB 2.0 Desktop Audio Interface from Audient!

With the launch of the new iD44 (MKII), Audient once again sets new standards, as the most powerful desktop audio interface iD44 has been cleverly upgraded and now houses the latest product developments from the English audio specialists. The combination of these improvements with four Audient Console microphone preamps, top-tier converters, ADAT expandability, and balanced inserts means the iD44 (MKII) brings the audio performance of an Audient console directly to any desktop.

In terms of audio performance, the iD44 was already fully capable, yet there were opportunities to make the best even better. Alongside additional new features, significantly improved A/D converters are now used, all wrapped in a new and quite stylish design.

The two powerful headphone amplifiers each offer a 6.3mm jack output for high-impedance headphones. Output 1 also provides the option to connect headphones via a mini-jack.

The iD44 (MKII) now also features an audio loopback function, giving users the ability to record playback from multiple applications on the computer simultaneously with input signals, such as a microphone – ideal for content creators, podcasters, and streamers.

Speed up your workflow with the iD44’s three programmable function buttons. Assign one of the F-keys to advanced monitoring features including Speaker Select, Mono Sum, Polarity Reverse, or Cue Mix Monitoring, and quickly take control of your session.

Even better ADC performance. Just when we thought we couldn’t make the original iD44 sound any better, the MKII improves the ADC’s THD+N by 9 dB, meaning cleaner audio with less noise and even less audible distortion.

Easily configure your studio for larger sessions. The iD44 is equipped with two optical inputs and outputs, offering numerous expansion options. Supporting ADAT and SPDIF, you can expand I/Os by up to 16 channels for microphone preamps.

Plug In and Play

The iD44 was designed to emulate the input stage of a classic tube amplifier and features two harmonically rich JFET instrument inputs, providing the perfect tonal foundation for your guitars or basses before you dive into your amp simulations.

Speaker Outputs

With the iD44’s four line outputs, you can monitor your mixes through two pairs of speakers. Alternatively, you can use the additional line outputs to send audio signals to an external headphone amplifier for distribution to your artists.
