The H3-VR’s 4-capsule Ambisonic microphone captures precise 360-degree VR audio recordings up to 24 Bit / 96 kHz. Without ever connecting to a computer, you can export files in Ambisonics B format directly using the onboard decoder.

Binaural 3D Stereo

The H3-VR also records binaural stereo WAV files up to 24 Bit / 48 kHz. Stereo binaural offers a hyper-realistic spatial recording that enhances 2D productions with 3D audio.

Standard Stereo

The H3-VR even provides standard stereo recordings for playback not through headphones but via speakers.

5.1-Channel Surround for Video

The ZOOM Ambisonics Player software can be downloaded for free. To sync with standard video in your video or audio editor, Ambisonics audio can easily be converted into a 5.1-channel surround file and exported to the correct, pre-aligned speakers.

With the H3-VR, you can also live stream events in 360-degree streams, giving your fans access to the best seats in the house wherever they are.
