Solid workmanship, definitely good sound and volume for the price. Thanks to the 3-way design, I didn't miss anything in the frequency response. Of course, they can't do magic in the bass range, which is why the website and description explicitly point out the usefulness of subwoofer support.
I was able to fill 160 people with sound at party volume with four of them. For absolute entry level, the price-performance ratio is definitely right.

For the price the speakers run quite well and have decent power (600W per speaker works so peak power before they scratch) and the sound quality is reasonably good for the price as they are 3 way so much better than 2 way systems. The extreme low frequencies lower than 30hz don't work well though as the drivers are mid-woofers so the cone doesn't have much room to move compared to a real subwoofer driver. On the other hand, these drivers are perfect for techno or something like that.
