The AZX series from Omnitronic stands for great sound at a fair price and targets anyone who wants robust, reliable speakers with balanced performance. Thanks to their clever, multifunctional design, these cabinets are extremely versatile: whether as a powerful party PA, in youth centers, for your band's live shows or for mobile DJ use. The tops in the series can be mounted with a dual flange at both 0° and 5° on a stand or directly on AZX subwoofers using an M20 pole. Flying operation is also possible, as is use as a floor monitor. With a wide selection of active and passive models, the series suits live and DJ applications as well as fixed installations in small clubs or youth centers. The entire range uses sturdy 15 mm MDF enclosures with durable textured paint. Acoustic foam behind the metal grilles reliably protects the components and creates a cohesive look — without acoustic drawbacks.

The AZX-208 is a passive 2-way speaker with an 8" woofer and a 1.0" tweeter — precisely engineered for installations, mobile use, or rental. With a rated power handling of 100 Watt RMS and a frequency range of 65 to 18,000 Hz, it delivers punchy, balanced sound with high dynamics. The 91 dB (1 W/1 m) sensitivity ensures efficient operation even with limited amplifier power.

Designed for Versatile Applications

The cabinet features seven M10 threaded flying points for overhead mounting, a dual 35 mm flange (0°/5°) for stand use, as well as a rugged MDF enclosure with a textured finish and metal grille backed with acoustic foam. At just 8.7 kg and with compact dimensions, it’s remarkably portable — ideal for mobile gigs and event professionals.
