The active 18-inch subwoofer was completely redesigned to leverage JBL’s latest acoustic innovations. A high-performance driver powered by an ultra-efficient 2,000 watt Class-D amplifier delivers clear, defined bass with extended low-end response at maximum volume.
Convenient Control via Color Display or App
The extensive DSP, operated via an integrated color display or the JBL Pro Connect app, features a parametric 6-band EQ for system equalization and detailed tone shaping, plus a low-pass filter and 20 ms delay.
The JBL Pro Connect app offers full hardware and DSP control of up to ten speakers. PRX900 series models can be integrated into projects with other JBL speakers like JBL EON ONE MK2, PRX ONE, and EON700, featuring exclusive functions such as snapshots and grouping.
Rugged Construction - Built for Touring
The system is designed for tough on-the-road use. The composite enclosure features computer-optimized internal bracing, increasing cabinet stiffness and improving acoustic properties and durability.
