Wide Sound Dispersion and Precise Sound

With six 2.5" neodymium woofers arranged in a Curved-Column configuration, the POLAR 8 MK2 produces an even sound distribution with a wide dispersion angle of 120° x 45°. This benefits both standing and seated listeners with a balanced sonic image—even in close range or acoustically challenging rooms. The precise alignment of the drivers ensures clear mids, defined highs and excellent speech reproduction for presentations and live performances.

Powerful 8" Subwoofer

The integrated 8" subwoofer works in a specially stiffened, low-resonance plastic enclosure, resulting in dry, punchy, precise bass with excellent control. The compact form factor significantly eases transport and setup, making the system ideal for mobile applications, small stages, clubs or rehearsal rooms.

Intelligent DSP Technology

The integrated 24-bit DSP with multiband limiter ensures maximum transparency, high dynamics and detailed audio reproduction. Even at high levels the sound stays controlled, balanced and low in distortion. The multiband limiter only intervenes selectively in individual frequency bands, preserving the natural character of the overall sound.

Flexible Tone Control for Every Application

The innovative Contour control lets you continuously shape the sound between DJ, Music and Voice characteristics. This makes the HK Audio POLAR 8 MK2 equally suitable for voice reinforcement, live music or punchy DJ sets. The intuitive operation allows quick adjustments without complicated menus or external signal processors.

Integrated Mixer and Bluetooth 5

The built-in 3-channel mixer offers two Mic/Line inputs with XLR/¼" combo jacks plus an AUX/Bluetooth channel. Thanks to Bluetooth 5 audio streaming, audio can be transmitted wirelessly. Additionally, the system supports True Wireless Stereo, allowing two POLAR 8 MK2 speaker systems to be paired wirelessly into a true stereo setup.
