The speaker grill has also been improved: thanks to the included hook, it can now be removed in seconds. The perforation pattern has been reduced, offering even more surface for individual customization.
The Soundboks can be played in seconds via Bluetooth®, SKAA Network, line or microphone signals, with the battery lasting 40 hours at medium volume. At full volume, the speaker produces an incredible 126 dB of surprisingly clear, undistorted sound.

The battery performance is remarkable, I hooked it up to the DJ mixer for a side room at a party and it ran for 8 hours at full power with just the battery without any problems.
In terms of sound, however, I would have expected a somewhat "rounder" sound based on the descriptions.
However, you can adjust the EQ via the Soundboks app to suit your own taste and make the sound a little nicer.
