Yamaha DXS18 - Active PA Subwoofer!
With the active high-performance subwoofers of the DXS series you leave a lasting impression on your audience. Equipped with highly efficient Class-D amplifiers and a specially tuned woofer, the DXS subwoofers deliver up to 1020 W of pure power with minimal distortion and outstanding reproduction quality. All three models — from the compact DXS12 and DXS15 to the new, extremely powerful DXS18 — feature a rugged band-pass enclosure.
In addition to Yamaha's state-of-the-art DSP processor, the various protection functions combined with a flexible crossover enable versatile control of the low frequencies and seamless integration with Yamaha's range of active full-range speakers. The DXS series subwoofers give sound engineers and artists who take "bass" seriously a new level of flexibility, reliability, and performance. Your audience will thank you.
35 mm Spacer Rod
The Pronomic spacer rods are also ideal for heavy active top units. A detent pin secured with a locking screw prevents accidental slipping. The robust construction guarantees long life even under the toughest stage conditions.
