Powerful Subwoofer for Precise, Deep Bass!
The RCF SUB 15-AS is an active 15" subwoofer that delivers impressive power and sonic precision. Equipped with a 2,200-watt Class-D amplifier, it produces sound pressure levels up to 133 dB and extends bass reproduction from 35 Hz to 400 Hz. Designed for professional live-sound applications, the subwoofer delivers powerful, clear low-frequency performance — ideal for small to medium stages, clubs, and mobile PA systems.
Maximum Power with Class-D Amplifier
The built-in 2,200-watt Class-D amplifier provides impressive headroom and responds with high dynamics to transients. Efficient thermal management eliminates the need for a fan, making operation quiet and maintenance-free. The amplifier is securely mounted in the enclosure and ensures even heat dissipation via a robust heat exchanger.
Precise 15" Woofer with 3" Voice Coil
The specially developed RCF Precision Transducer, with a 15" cone and 3" voice coil, ensures maximum fidelity. The magnetic circuit is engineered to minimize distortion and keep bass response linear—even at high levels. The result is precise, powerful, deep-reaching bass that elevates every performance.
Bass Motion Control Technology
With the Bass Motion Control algorithm, RCF replaces the traditional high-pass filter with an intelligent control of woofer excursion. This keeps bass reproduction stable even at extreme levels while preserving natural phase behavior. The result is a particularly clear, controlled yet powerful low-frequency range.
Flexible Connections and Advanced Control
The connection panel offers mono/stereo XLR/TRS combo inputs, an XLR stereo link and XLR outputs with a built-in crossover. Additionally, volume, polarity and the low-pass frequency can be adjusted individually to integrate the subwoofer optimally into any system.
Rugged Tour-Grade Enclosure for Mobile Use
The birch enclosure is finished with a durable polyurea coating. This combination provides high stability, scratch resistance and a long-lasting finish. With integrated handles, the SUB 15-AS is easy to transport and ideally suited for mobile use.
