Here comes Valeton's first FRFR speaker! FRFR stands for "Full Range Flat Response" and delivers a very different experience compared with standard PA and guitar speakers. FRFR speakers are specially designed for digital amp-modeling devices like multi-effect processors and provide a rich, authentic instrument sound with more realism and dimension.

Compared with conventional PA speakers, FRFR speakers not only offer full-range PA characteristics but are also optimized for electric guitars and basses, producing a sound that comes closer to a real instrument amp. Unlike guitar amplifiers, FRFR speakers avoid the tonal inconsistencies that often occur when combining effect processors with instrument amps, offering a solution that minimizes coloration and reproduces every detail of the original sound faithfully.

Easy to Get a Great Sound

The VFR-110 has contour and bass switches; the contour switch shapes the mids while the bass switch quickly trims excessive low frequencies. Together they deliver a balanced, pleasant and more defined tone.

The VFR-110 also has two input channels with combined XLR/TRS jacks, so you can connect two multi-effect processors or other full-range instrument devices simultaneously. Each channel has its own volume control, and a parallel XLR output lets you chain another VFR-110 or other gear.

Especially handy is the VFR-110's ground-lift function, which eliminates unwanted hum from ground loops with a single press.

A Versatile Monitor for Any Stage Setup

The VFR-110 has the classic wedge shape of stage monitors and fits standard speaker stands. You can use it as a floor monitor on stage or as a near-fill. For outdoor events where PA options are limited, it's the perfect choice to complement musicians' PA systems. Of course, you can also use the VFR-110 as a regular PA speaker.
