118 dB for Punchy, Clear Sound

The acoustic system specially developed for the Soundboks Rider combines an 8" woofer with a 1.2" tweeter and modern audio signal processing. The maximum SPL is 118 dB. That gives the compact Bluetooth speaker powerful party sound and distortion-free reproduction across the entire volume range. Whether as a party speaker in the living room, at an outdoor event or on the go, the Rider is designed for different listening situations.

Removable Battery With Long Runtime

The removable battery provides up to 35 hrs of playback at moderate volume and up to 8 hrs at maximum volume. For quick top-ups, the Soundboks Rider supports 65 W USB-C fast charging. That keeps the mobile party speaker flexible and ready for extended use.

Rugged Outdoor Design With IP66

The impact-resistant plastic housing is engineered for mobile use. Robust silicone-rubber corner bumpers protect the enclosure from knocks and shocks. Thanks to its IP66 rating, the Rider is dust-tight and splash-resistant. The removable front grille additionally protects sensitive components and can be cleaned easily when needed. With an integrated handle, the 6.5 kg speaker can be carried single-handedly and is compatible with the separately available carrying strap The Strap.

Flexible Control via App and On-Device Controls

Clear controls for playback, volume and basic functions are available directly on the speaker. Via the SOUNDBOKS app you can comfortably tweak audio settings remotely. Three preset sound profiles are available for different situations. You can also adjust the EQ individually and save your own profiles, so the sound can be tailored to the venue, music style and desired atmosphere.

Bluetooth and AUX for Easy Connection

Music sources can be connected wirelessly via Bluetooth. In addition, the Soundboks Rider features a 3.5 mm AUX input for wired audio sources. The straightforward control concept keeps setup simple: power on, connect and play.
