The Pronomic PH12A is a characterful active PA box designed for stationary and mobile stage setups both indoors and outdoors. Featuring a 12" (30 cm) bass speaker, integrated 1.35" (3.4 cm) tweeter, and 300 Watt (peak) power, it easily handles sound reinforcement for medium-sized events.

The PH12A developers went a step further. With a lightweight of only 11.2 kg and three carrying handles, this speaker offers a significant mobility advantage over previous plastic speakers.

The PA Box with a Few Special Features

A special feature of the PH12A is the built-in USB/SD/Bluetooth media player, allowing MP3 songs to be played directly via the integrated USB/SD ports or through a Bluetooth-paired playback device (smartphone, tablet, MP3 player). Simple transport commands like start/stop, pause, and skip, as well as volume control and repeat function, can be operated via the clearly arranged interface. A small LCD display facilitates folder navigation.

True Wireless Stereo

True Wireless Stereo, or TWS, lets you wirelessly connect two speakers to create true stereo sound. This means you can use one speaker for the left and one for the right channel, making the music sound more natural and spacious. Without cable clutter, the speakers can be flexibly placed in the room, providing a balanced sound experience. It’s an easy way to enjoy your music in stereo without complicated wiring.

Numerous Connections for Endless Possibilities

The PH12A’s input section offers maximum flexibility: The box features a line input (XLR/RCA) for signals from mixers, CD/MP3 players, or instruments with line level (keyboards, electric pianos, etc.) and a mic input (XLR/jack) for direct connection of a dynamic microphone. Both inputs have separate volume controls. Additionally, the speaker includes a 2-band equalizer (high/low) in the master section.

For connecting another active box or monitor, the PH12A offers a mix-out (XLR/jack). This allows, for example, one box to connect via Bluetooth to a smartphone, an additional microphone to be connected, and the overall signal to be passed on to a second box.

Flexible and Robust

Of course, the speaker box can be used standing or lying down, making it suitable as a monitor. Thanks to the flange insert, the speaker can also be mounted on a conventional speaker stand.

The robust ABS housing protects the box from physical impacts, making the PH12A especially suitable for outdoor use. Proven connections (6.3mm jack in, XLR mic in, 3.5mm jack AUX in, RCA line input, XLR line in, XLR mix out) ensure the right connectivity to the outside world.
