The Stinger 12A G3 is powered by a highly efficient Class-D amplifier delivering a powerful 500 watts continuous output. The specially designed 12" woofer and a BMS tweeter produce punchy bass and fresh, natural highs. The tweeter’s waveguide was developed using the Boundary Element Method (BEM), a numerical simulation of sound radiation and propagation. It reduces reflections from floors and ceilings, prevents side lobes, and achieves controlled, even dispersion. Thanks to LD Systems’ proprietary DynX DSP technology, the Stinger 12A G3 delivers flawless performance with maximum clarity and presence under all conditions.

The signal processing of the crossover function and multiband limiter ensures optimal timing and minimal distortion. Built as a true workhorse, the speaker’s enclosure is made from robust birch plywood. It features an extremely durable polyurea coating for exceptional stability and longevity.
