Small, Compact, and Packed with Features!
The Allen & Heath ZED-6 was designed for musicians, singers, and songwriters, offering renowned build and audio quality in a compact and portable format. Whether processing ideas at home, making live recordings, or tracking to share on YouTube and SoundCloud, the ZED-6 is a versatile companion for every step of the creative journey.
Equipped with the new GSPre preamp design from the GS-R24 studio console, the ZED-6 achieves exceptionally low noise and massive headroom with analog warmth and depth. All ZED mixers are built to Allen & Heath's legendary touring standards to ensure long-lasting durability in the toughest environments.
Exceptional Audio Quality
The ZED-6 features an exceptional new preamp design developed by analog guru Mike Griffin, derived from his highly praised GS-R24 recording console. The preamps, known as GSPre, offer exceptionally low noise and massive headroom, along with the warmth and depth for which Allen & Heath’s analog series is famous. For tonal shaping, the precise MusiQ EQ controls are carefully tuned for responsiveness and accuracy, allowing every musical source to be easily shaped and enhanced.
Roadworthy
All ZED mixers are designed and built to Allen & Heath’s legendary touring standards to ensure long life under the harshest conditions. All channels are on individual vertical PCBs, and all knobs are secured to the front panel with steel nuts to prevent impact damage.
Made for Guitarists
The ZED-6 features two high-impedance guitar DI jack inputs, allowing guitars to be plugged directly into the mixer without DI boxes. That means one less piece of gear to buy, carry, and set up.
Allen & Heath Original
Allen & Heath has been a trusted name in professional audio technology since 1969. The ZED technology moves forward, but the commitment to excellent audio quality and build remains.
