Sennheiser e 865 S - Sensitive to Every Nuance, Tough in the Field!
Electret condenser microphone with supercardioid pattern. Robust microphone for live performances and lead vocals. Natural, detailed, and precise sound. Captures even the finest nuances. Precise reproduction for hosts and speakers.
Whether loud or quiet, far away or up close: the e 865 actually weighs every note. The step into the condenser class is immediately audible. The highly sensitive diaphragm picks up the finest vocal nuances while carrying extreme dynamics naturally into the signal chain. Even when the lips move away from the capsule, the e 865 delivers consistent tonal quality.
It combines the professional capabilities of the condenser capsule with the rugged design of the 800-series. On the one hand: studio sound even for tough live applications. On the other hand: a higher level for hosts and speakers who rely on precise reproduction even of plosives.
The S variant of the e 865 features a silent on/off switch.
