With the Omnitronic MIC SHC-1 you get a robust gooseneck microphone that uses condenser technology and a cardioid polar pattern to deliver clear, intelligible speech even from a distance. The flexible neck and sturdy zinc table base make it the perfect solution for conferences, lecterns or PA systems — easy to connect via XLR and usable with either phantom power or batteries.

Powerful and Reliable

The electret condenser capsule provides very clear and intelligible voice reproduction and helps isolate the voice from the environment — off-axis noise is effectively suppressed thanks to the cardioid pattern. The frequency range of 50 Hz to 16,000 Hz ensures voices are reproduced naturally and with presence. With an impedance of 250 ohms the microphone is compatible with professional mixers and PA systems.

Power Supply Flexibility

You can power the MIC SHC-1 either via external phantom power (48 V DC) or on the go with two AA batteries (not included). That frees you from a fixed power source and lets you use it flexibly across different environments — from conference rooms to reception desks or churches.

Practical Handling in Everyday Use

The sturdy zinc table base provides secure support, the on/off switch offers quick control, and the colored status ring clearly signals when the microphone is active. The slim 43.3 cm gooseneck with a 2 cm diameter can be positioned easily without blocking sight lines — ideal for speakers, receptions or installations. An included windscreen helps reduce plosives and breath noise.
