Stand Mounting
The Pronomic stereo bar can be mounted on all common microphone stands with a 3/8" or 5/8" thread. To ensure all common microphone clips can be used immediately on the SMB-245, two additional reducer threads from 3/8" to 5/8" are included.
Variable Distance and Tilt of Microphones
The distance between the two mounts on this bar is a maximum of 22 cm and a minimum of 5 cm. This allows numerous common stereo miking techniques to be realized, such as the X/Y or ORTF method. It doesn’t matter whether you use small- or large-diaphragm microphones. Additionally, you can tilt the entire bar along with the microphones already aligned to each other. This saves tedious and time-consuming positioning.
