The AKG C519 M is a condenser microphone for miking wind instruments. It can be easily attached to the instrument using the clamp mount. With its linear frequency response your instrument sounds very natural. The AKG C519 M features a cardioid polar pattern, making it highly resistant to feedback and well shielded from ambient noise. The 12.5 cm long gooseneck lets you position the microphone exactly.
The microphone capsule of the AKG C519 M is elastically mounted. This minimizes unwanted noise caused by movement. The switchable bass cut is designed to avoid an excessive emphasis of low frequencies.
The AKG C519 M requires a power supply (phantom power) of 9 - 52 volts. Via a cable with XLR connector it can be connected to the microphone input of a mixer or to a phantom power supply.
