The Eurolite LED TMH-S400 CMY Moving-Head Beam/Spot/Wash is a professional hybrid moving head designed for demanding lighting applications on stages, in clubs, touring and fixed installations. As a beam, spot and wash system in one unit it covers a wide range of effects and combines high light output with extensive features. At its heart sits a cool-white 400 Watt COB LED engineered for punchy projections, crisp beams and intense wash applications. On top of that you get CMY color mixing, an additional color wheel with 12 dichroic colors, two gobo wheels, motorized focus, motorized zoom, frost and two prisms. This makes the model ideal for technically versatile shows that require rapid changes between tight shafts, contoured projections and flat washes.

400-Watt LED Engine and Variable Optics

The optical unit is clearly built for professional demands. The 400-Watt COB LED produces cool-white light that the optics can shape very flexibly. The motorized zoom works in a range from 6° to 32°, allowing both tight beam applications and wider spot and wash settings. Paired with the motorized focus, the light cone can be adjusted cleanly, while the frost filter softens hard edges into smoother surfaces. For practical use this is especially attractive because you can achieve very different light characters with a single fixture without changing the setup. Additional features include a variable strobe rate and flicker-free operation for professional show use.

CMY, Color Wheel and Extensive Projection Effects

A central feature of the TMH-S400 is the CMY color mixing for virtually unlimited color variations. Complementing it is a color wheel with 12 dichroic colors plus open. For projections and image texture there are two gobo wheels integrated: one wheel with 7 rotating gobos plus open and another with 12 static gobos plus open. The rotating gobos are indexable and feature a shake effect, and the unit uses a slot-in gobo system for easy gobo changes. For additional beam and field effects there is a 6-fold rotating linear prism and an 8-fold rotating prism. This combination makes the moving head particularly interesting for versatile show images with high dynamics and precise light shaping.

Precise Movement and Professional Control

Mechanically the TMH-S400 is also clearly designed for professional use. It offers 540° pan and 220° tilt, each with precise 16-bit resolution and auto position correction. This keeps movements precise and repeatable, which is crucial in programmed shows and synchronized scenes. Control is via DMX with 22 or 25 channels. Additionally, the unit supports RDM, stand-alone and master/slave. Via the USB port you can optionally use QuickDMX, W-DMX by Wireless Solution or CRMX by LumenRadio. There is also a DMX failure mode and the option for P-Con power linking. This lets you integrate the moving head cleanly into classic wired lighting systems as well as modern wireless setups.

Touring-Ready Construction

The unit is robustly equipped for professional day-to-day use. It features a multicolored touchscreen display, two carrying handles, four rubber feet and a mounting system for 2 omega brackets. Cooling is handled by fans in the base and temperature-controlled fans in the head. The model operates on 100 - 240 V AC at 50/60 Hz with a total power draw of 460 Watts.
