The Chauvet DJ GigBAR 3 ILS is a versatile 3-in-1 LED lighting system that combines intense wash effects, dynamic derby beams and colorful LED-bar effects in a compact fixture. The professional DJ lighting set pairs two RGB+UV LED PAR fixtures, two LED Derbys and an LED bar with 74 RGB LEDs on a single truss. Thanks to Instant Light Show technology (ILS), built-in automatic programs, music control and flexible DMX control, you can create impressive light shows for parties, weddings, mobile DJs, bands and small stages. With the included tripod, RF remote, wireless footswitch and practical carry bags, the compact lighting system is quick to set up and ready to go.

Three Powerful Lighting Effects in One System

The GigBAR 3 ILS combines three different LED lighting effects in a compact unit. Two LED PAR fixtures with a total of six 3.7-watt RGB+UV LEDs produce intense, even color washes and—thanks to the added UV component—offer a particularly versatile color mix. With a beam angle of 13° and a field angle of 24°, the PARs are ideal for targeted illumination of dance floors, stages and event areas. Two LED Derbys with a total of six 3-watt RGB LEDs create rotating, multicolored beams with a wide coverage of 114°. The effects are completed by an LED bar with 74 RGB LEDs and a coverage angle of 174°, enabling dynamic color sweeps and varied chase-light effects.

Instant Light Show for Perfectly Synchronized Effects

The innovative ILS technology (Instant Light Show) enables wireless synchronization of multiple compatible Chauvet DJ lighting effects. This lets you easily integrate the GigBAR 3 ILS into an existing ILS setup and create coordinated light shows. Thanks to built-in D-Fi wireless technology, the system supports wireless communication with compatible components. For even larger installations you can mount up to four additional fixtures on top of the GigBAR. That keeps your mobile lighting setup flexibly expandable and allows optimal adaptation to different venue sizes.

Professional DMX Control and Automatic Programs

For individual light design the GigBAR 3 ILS supports three DMX modes with 2, 21 or 132 channels. Via the 3-pin XLR connectors the system can be integrated into professional DMX lighting controllers. The comprehensive 132-channel mode enables particularly detailed control of the individual effects, colors and movements. Alternatively, built-in automatic programs and music-controlled light shows are available that combine all three effect types. The onboard microphone reacts to the music and enables dynamic light changes synchronized to the rhythm. Additionally, strobe effects with a frequency of 0 to 20 Hz can be produced.

Convenient Wireless Control and Intuitive Operation

Control is possible directly via the integrated full-color LCD, via DMX, with the included RF remote or with the wireless footswitch. Especially practical for mobile DJs and musicians is the wireless footswitch, which lets you conveniently activate automatic programs, music control, static colors and blackout functions during a performance. The footswitch operates at a radio frequency of 433 MHz and achieves a range of up to 30.5 m under optimal conditions. For expanded system control the GigBAR 3 ILS is also compatible with the separately available ILS Command Controller.

Flexible Mounting and Practical Power Linking

The included tripod construction allows a variable setup height from 1.5 to 2.4 m and provides a stable base for different lighting applications. The reversible tripod mount also lets you position the light bar for overhead mounting. Thanks to the integrated power output multiple units can be linked via power-linking. At 230 V mains voltage up to 18 units can be connected in one power chain. The GigBAR 3 ILS operates on 100 to 240 V AC at 50/60 Hz and draws only 45 watts at 230 V.
