The Chauvet DJ Shocker FX is a versatile LED lighting effect for professional DJ shows, clubs, parties, stages and events. The compact 3-in-1 fixture combines color-rich RGB wash effects, powerful cool-white blinder effects and dynamic strobe flashes in a high-performance system. A total of 336 LEDs, including 280 RGB LEDs and 56 cool-white LEDs, produce a varied light performance with intense colors and rapid light changes. With twelve individually controllable segments, four DMX modes, built-in automatic programs and music control, the Shocker FX offers extensive design options for a wide range of light shows.

336 LEDs for Intense RGB and White Light Effects

The LED strobe features 280 tri-color RGB LEDs for powerful color mixes of red, green and blue. These are complemented by 56 cool-white LEDs that create intense blinder and strobe effects. A total of twelve independently controllable light segments are available, including eight RGB segments and four white-light segments. Independent control enables varied chases, segmented color changes and dynamic effect patterns. With a luminous flux of 1,981 lumens and an illuminance of 219 lux at 2 m, the compact LED effect delivers versatile light output.

Strobe, Wash and Blinder for Versatile Shows

Whether fast light flashes, broad-area color illumination or intense white-light accents, the Shocker FX combines three especially popular stage effects. In strobe mode, flash frequencies from 0 to 20 Hz are possible. The beam angle is 97°, while the field angle is 139°. This makes the LED fixture excellent for wide light scenes and impactful effects on dancefloors and stages. Built-in color macros and special effect programs allow for different light moods without complex individual programming.

Professional DMX Control With Twelve Light Segments

For integration into existing lighting systems, the Chauvet DJ Shocker FX supports four DMX modes with 8, 18, 30 or 43 channels. The comprehensive 43-channel mode enables particularly detailed control over colors, brightness, strobe effects and the twelve light segments. Via the 3-pin XLR connectors the fixture can be easily connected to a DMX lighting controller. The built-in dimming function offers different dim curves to customize brightness changes and transitions.

Automatic Programs and Music-Controlled Light Effects

Even without external light control, the Shocker FX impresses with its versatile standalone functions. A total of 20 automatic programs and 20 music-controlled programs enable varied light shows. The built-in microphone responds to low-frequency music elements like bass and drums, and the microphone sensitivity can be adjusted individually. Multiple compatible units can be synchronized via the Master/Slave function. Additionally, the fixture supports the separately available IRC-6 infrared remote control, which lets you conveniently operate numerous light functions from a distance.

Comfortable Operation and Efficient Power Supply

The integrated display with four control buttons allows quick access to modes, DMX addresses, color mixing and programs. Especially practical when using multiple units is the integrated power linking via IEC connectors. At 230 V mains voltage up to 20 units can be connected together. The auto-switching power supply supports input voltages from 100 to 240 V AC at 50/60 Hz. With a power consumption of 45 watts at 230 V, the LED light effect operates economically and is ideal for mobile lighting installations.

Compact Design for Mobile DJs and Stages

Weighing only 1 kg, the Chauvet DJ Shocker FX is easy to transport and can be positioned flexibly. The integrated adjustable mounting bracket with a 13 mm mounting hole allows attachment to suitable trusses or lighting stands. The fan-assisted cooling ensures reliable heat dissipation. With an expected LED lifetime of up to 50,000 hours, the compact RGB strobe and LED blinder is suitable for numerous events. Whether as a dynamic party strobe effect, colorful LED wash or powerful audience blinder, the Shocker FX combines versatile lighting technology, easy operation and professional DMX features in a compact indoor fixture.
