This update also brings a major AutoScripting upgrade, a redesigned user interface, new hardware support, and numerous improvements in usability and stability.

Advanced Lighting Automation

SoundSwitch’s already impressive AutoScripting feature receives a significant upgrade with speed improvements and individual lighting fixture assignments. The DMX universe menu now offers primary, secondary, and tertiary wash and spot fixture assignments, as well as strobe/blinder assignments. This new advanced lighting automation with individual fixture assignments creates professional and immersive lightshows in seconds.

Automated Phrase Detection

This exciting new feature automatically detects larger music sections, including intros and outros, main sections one and two, as well as breakdowns and bridge sections. Additionally, the automated phrase detection can identify unique music features within these sections, such as drops, breakdowns, and build-ups. Previously, this was exclusively a manual process, but with version 2.2, everything is automated and easier than ever!

Redesigned User Interface

With version 2.2, users experience a more modern and streamlined workspace. The new interface offers quick access to the automation button, and a new window for automation settings, including presets and advanced options, allows fully customized AutoScript lightshows.

Support for New DJ Hardware

SoundSwitch v2.2 is now compatible with the latest standalone products from Denon DJ: SC6000, SC6000M, X1850, PRIME 2, and PRIME GO. A new option for Engine OS has been added in the settings page, allowing users to choose between players + mixer or all-in-one setups.
