Der Showtec SM-8/2 ist ein Einsteiger-Controller für den Einsatz mit intelligenten Beleuchtungskörpern mit bis zu 16 Kanälen. Er verfügt über 8 Fader, die 16 Kanäle auf 2 Seiten steuern können. Bis zu 12 Scheinwerfer können ausgewählt und programmiert werden. Jeder Kanal kann auf jeden Fader gepatcht werden, es können 250 Szenen und 6 Lauflichter programmiert werden.
