1024-Channel USB to DMX Interface and Control Software!
With the Cameo DVC Pro interface and the included Cameo software powered by Daslight, DMX-compatible lighting fixtures can be conveniently controlled from PC and Mac. In live mode, the plug-and-play interface offers 1024 DMX channels; for computer-free use as standalone with 256 channels, programmed light shows can be copied into the built-in flash memory. The interface features a mini-USB port as input, a 3-pin DMX output, and is powered via the computer’s USB output. Three buttons allow program selection and dimming in standalone mode, which requires a standard 5V USB power supply.
The free Cameo software package includes over 15,000 device libraries and a ScanLibrary editor for creating and editing custom device profiles. Individual DMX device types can be selected, grouped, and added to the light show in a 2D view. Dynamic scenes can be created, arranged, and layered; the palette function enables light control without fader movements, and the XEEL engine generates hundreds of diverse, exciting effects.
The software includes a fully equipped toolbox for live edits, an audio analyzer, and a MIDI clock for synchronizing light and music tempo, plus a 3D visualization of the programmed light show in real time. The screen layout can be fully customized to individual needs, and the free "Easy Remote" app enables remote control with iPhones, iPads, and Android devices via WiFi.
