Unique 2.1

The Unique 2.1 haze generator offers, in addition to the features that already distinguished its predecessor Unique 2, an even quieter operation. Noise emissions have been reduced so much that the device can now be used in applications where background noise is disturbing and unwanted.

Fast and fine haze distribution is achieved by an efficient fan. A filter protects the fan from dust and dirt.

Thanks to the adjustable output – where both haze density and output volume can be set – the device can be used in almost all areas: from the finest haze to fog-like effects, any haze density can be adjusted. This allows the device to evenly fill small and large rooms and halls with haze, create the intended atmosphere, and optimally support all lighting effects.

Minimal Warm-Up Time

With a warm-up time of only 60 seconds, the Unique 2.1 is practically ready to use immediately. Long reheating times are eliminated, ensuring continuous operation with steady output.

Adjustable Output

The pump and fan of the device can be controlled independently in 99 steps. This allows the user to individually adjust haze density and precisely control the output. Thanks to the non-linear pump control, the Unique 2.1 can be regulated even better at lower pump levels.

Minimal Noise Emission

Dimming the pump and fan has significantly reduced the noise level of the Unique 2.1. This also makes it suitable for use in areas where background noise is unwanted and disturbing.

DMX 512 Standard

The Unique 2.1 can be controlled via DMX 512 as standard. Pump and fan can be regulated separately. The connection is made via 5-pin XLR cables, occupying two consecutive channels. The DMX start address is set and saved via the membrane keypad. It remains stored even when the device is disconnected from power.

Analog (0 - 10V) operation is possible via a console or optionally via XLR remote. The fan value is set directly on the device, while the pump value can be controlled via the analog input. Connections are made via 3-pin XLR cables.

Stand-alone operation is also possible. Pump and fan values are set directly on the device. Pressing the start button briefly initiates the haze process.

Integrated Timer

The internal timer allows precise programming of haze time in seconds, pause time in minutes, and output amount in %. Once started, the timer runs the program until it is deactivated.

Haze-Density Control System (HDCS)

The HDCS lets you program a custom profile for a show or similar. Two levels with desired pump and fan values and their respective run times can be set. Additionally, you can specify when the device starts hazing.

LED Display

The membrane keypad with illuminated digits and clear symbols allows easy operation through simple menu navigation. It also protects the controls from dirt.

Minimal Fluid Consumption

The device operates with a special fluid, supplied ready to use in 2L, 10L, 25L containers, and 220L drums. The included 2L container enables continuous operation for up to 50 hours. The fluid guarantees minimal consumption at low cost and optimal haze.

Please use only the original Look Unique Fluid to operate the Unique haze generator. Other fluids cause clogging of the device. Warranty claims become void in such cases.

Diverter Insert

The diverter insert is placed in the fog outlet opening. This redirects the haze either vertically upwards or parallel to the floor.
