High-Quality All-Weather Sound for the Garden!

Whether on the terrace relaxing, in hotels and restaurants, at amusement parks and playgrounds, at the next garden party or any other outdoor event: the new Pronomic HLS-560 360° speaker leaves nothing standing between you and music enjoyment outdoors. If you value clean sound reproduction, even coverage, a weather-resistant housing and plenty of power, the HLS-560 garden speaker won't disappoint. The compact outdoor box delivers excellent sound both in sun and rain.

Great Sound

The robust and durable HLS-560 2-way speaker delivers 240 watts (Peak) — enough volume to provide solid musical coverage and plenty of good vibes. A 5.25" (133 mm) polypropylene-cone woofer and a 0.75" (19 mm) titanium dome tweeter deliver excellent, balanced signal resolution with a very clean, precise and clear sound. To allow connection to all common hi-fi devices, the 360° box includes an integrated raw cable.

360° Sound Distribution

The Pronomic HLS-560 features a top-class, precisely calculated sound diffuser that delivers even all-around coverage (360° horizontal, 40° vertical) with balanced sound. That means a single speaker is enough to evenly cover larger rooms or areas, such as a garden including the terrace. The HLS-560 thus offers clear advantages over conventional speakers that are bound to a fixed dispersion angle.

Weather-Resistant Housing and Versatile Mounting Options

The robust, weatherproof plastic housing of the compact Pronomic speaker box ensures it becomes a long-lasting and reliable companion. A sturdy aluminum grille protects the cone from outside impacts. The HLS-560 can be mounted standing, e.g. in the middle of a beer garden, or hung above a sun terrace. When used as a free-standing unit, you can recess the speaker's base into the ground. That not only looks sleek but also increases stability in storms. For hanging mounting, two 3/8" threads are located on the underside to fix the speaker with eye bolts to high ceilings.

Water- and UV-Resistant

With the UV-resistant and waterproof garden speaker you can celebrate not only under blue skies and in dry conditions, but also by the pool and in the rain. The IP56 rating indicates the suitability of the Pronomic HLS-560 for outdoor use. The so-called IP code (International Protection Code) specifies an electronic device's suitability against certain temperatures, humidity, vapors, dust and other conditions. IP56 means the HLS-560 is protected against strong jets of water and the housing also provides full protection against contact. Furthermore, dust—even in amounts that would normally cause damage—can't harm this device.

70/100V Option

The HLS-560 outdoor box can be connected to all conventional hi-fi and PA amplifiers with 8 ohm; additionally, it can be operated on 100-volt systems. The required power taps (2, 4, 8, 16, 32 watts) are set via a rotary control.
