Had been using a pair of headphones called Stagg SHP-2300 for several years and was very satisfied. When a loose contact arose and it was no longer usable, I ordered - precisely because I was so satisfied - a new Stagg SHP-2300, assuming I would get the same headphones again in new.
Unfortunately, despite the same name, this version has nothing to do with the one I had before. 1.
1. the ear cups are completely different: set at an angle, and for me they press uncomfortably on the bones just below the ear.
2. the size adjustment is different from the previous model or less variable, which means that you can not adjust his size with smaller head circumference, for that even the last setting is too large.
3) The previous model had a volume control on the cable, but unfortunately the new model doesn't have one.
4. and last but not least: the sound is also worse: more metallic, less round.
The only thing that has remained is the length of the cable.
If I had known beforehand that under the old name hides a worse model than before, I would not have bought these headphones.
But even without satisfied previous experience with the former model: wearing comfort of this model is for me uncomfortable / unsatisfactory, sound quality medium and I miss the practical and direct volume control on the cable.
