The KDJ-1000 delivers a full, balanced sound with rich bass reproduction and clear highs. It offers plenty of volume yet a clean and precise stereo image. Thanks to the low impedance, the KDJ-1000 can also achieve extreme volume on connections with low signal strength.

Of course, the softly padded, wide headband is adjustable in length. The entire headphone folds up for space-saving storage. For working at the mixer, the comfortable ear cups can also be rotated 180° allowing classic "single ear monitoring." The thick, soft padding of the circumaural ear cups additionally provides good external noise isolation.

The headphones feature a long coiled cable that extends to over 3.5 m. This allows even the most active DJ to move freely behind the decks. The 3.5 mm stereo jack plug is gold-plated for improved transmission properties, and a 6.3 mm stereo adapter is also included. Furthermore, the headphones come with a practical storage pouch.
