The DDJ-REV5 is a next-generation controller compatible with Serato DJ Pro and rekordbox. Large Jog Wheels & MAGVEL-FADER for Dynamic Scratching

The large jog wheels are responsive, reliable, easy to use, and feel just like classic CDJs. Each also features a display showing the playback head position, so you always know exactly where you are in the track. You can individually adjust the jog feel to find the perfect "weight" for you. The MAGVEL-FADER is smooth, durable, and ready to transmit even the tiniest movements, allowing you to scratch with utmost precision.

Scratch-Style Layout for Open-Format Freedom

The DDJ-REV5’s long tempo sliders run horizontally across the deck sections, while the performance pads and effect levers are placed in the mixer section to enable dynamic performances. They emulate a setup of PLX turntables and DJM-S mixer, loved by open-format DJs worldwide. Thanks to the ergonomic proximity of pads, levers, and faders, you can combine scratching with pad play and effects seamlessly.

Dedicated Buttons for Easy Stem Control

With the buttons on the DDJ-REV5, you can easily create live mashups and remixes. Your tracks are divided into stems in the software—Vocals, Melody, Bass, and Drums in Serato DJ Pro; Vocals, Drums, and Inst (other instruments like bass and synthesizer) in rekordbox—which you can play separately.

Stems Mute/Solo

• Solo or mute different stems to create your own mashups in real time.

Stems Separate

• Isolate different stems of a track on separate decks to create vibrant remixes.

Stems Level

• Use the EQ knobs to adjust the volume of individual stems.

You can combine the different stems with Deck Move, making it easy to create and control multiple live mashups and remixes simultaneously.

New Automatic BPM Transition for Smooth Mixing

The new Auto BPM Transition makes mixing between music genres with very different tempos a breeze. Select a number of bars for the transition. When you press the button, the tempo of the current track gradually changes to match the track loaded on the other deck. This lets you mix or drop the new track seamlessly. You can also set Stems, Auto Loop, and Key Lock controls to apply during the transition.

New Piano Play Mode for Intuitive Performances

Just like Pitch Play, you can trigger a cue point in different semitones with the 16 performance pads. But in the new Piano Play mode, pitch changes are arranged so the pads form a piano keyboard, with the "white" keys on the bottom row and the "black" keys above. Simply choose one of three keys: even if you’re not familiar with music theory or keys, you’ll find it easy to play a melody.

Multiple Inputs and Outputs

Thanks to its wide range of inputs and outputs, including an XLR master out perfect for professional environments, you can use the DDJ-REV5 as the centerpiece of a larger setup. There are also 2 USB Type-C ports for PC/Mac, allowing you to switch between two DJs at the push of a button on the controller.

Plug-and-Play Compatibility with Serato DJ Pro and rekordbox

Choose your favorite software and start DJing right away. Simply connect the DDJ-REV5 to a PC/Mac running the latest version of Serato DJ Pro or rekordbox to use both applications free of charge—no license key or subscription required. A voucher for the Serato expansion pack Pitch 'n Time DJ is also included.
