Stokyo, in collaboration with Algoriddim, has released a new vinyl pressing in the DVS format – Neural Mix™ Vinyl. Algoriddim is revolutionizing DJing with the world’s first AI-based Digital Vinyl System (DVS) for mobile devices.

The new, patent-pending Neural Mix™ Vinyl pushes the boundaries of DVS technology by offering isolated stems for every song directly on the B-side of the control vinyl. Users can simply place the needle of the analog turntable on one of the three different tracks of the physical record to play either the original song, its instrumental version, or the acapella – just like on a 12" single from back in the day. This feature is powered by an enhanced DVS control tone developed exclusively for djay Pro AI, featuring a unique control data stream embedded in the grooves of each of the three different sections of the record. This drives the patented Neural Mix™ technology running on Mac, iPad, or iPhone, which uses cutting-edge artificial intelligence to break down each song into its original components in real time.
