The product is very high quality and has a good fit. It fit very well in a 19 "rack and does there good services. The package arrived but damaged at one corner, the box was torn open at the corner and a mounting corner was massively bent. From my point of view, you can not pack this product with the sharp corners without additional protection! I am otherwise generally very satisfied with the service of Musikhaus Kirstein.
