Tablet Stand from König & Meyer’s "Biobased" Series!

The combination of the 19775 from K&M, featuring a tablet PC holder and a two-stage extendable stand, is perfect for use at home, in the studio, or on stage. The tablet holder is made from biobased plastic. These plastics contain between over 50 up to 100 percent renewable plant-based raw materials.

The universal tablet holder offers a practical clamping mechanism for all tablets sized approximately 10" to 16". The clamping range is between 158 and 280 mm. The holder is especially suitable for tablets with protective covers or cases up to 20 mm thick. The overlapping clamping jaws with integrated rubber pads ensure a secure grip and eliminate unwanted vibration noise. The operation of the device’s controls is not affected. An adjustable holding angle with a felt pad provides extra security when the tablet holder is positioned vertically, preventing the tablet PC from falling out even under heavy use.

The holder is continuously tiltable, allowing each user to position it individually. Naturally, the tablet holder can be quickly rotated between portrait and landscape orientation, while preventing unwanted self-rotation. For transport, the stand can be folded compactly to save space.

Biobased plastic consists mostly of renewable plant raw materials, such as corn starch, sugar from sugar beet or sugarcane, vegetable oil, cellulose, cotton, or wood. Before launching König & Meyer’s new product line named "Biobased," various materials underwent a months-long testing and development process.

According to the company, the biobased plastic now used convinces with the same properties as petrochemical plastics. Durability and robustness were the focus of the development and testing process. Comparable plastic products from the company served as strict benchmarks.
