With Palmer: USB-C To Studio And Stage!
Feed audio from a laptop, smartphone or tablet straight into a mixing console, stage box or PA system. The Palmer SPREE is an active stereo media DI box with USB-C built specifically for this job.
It converts USB-C audio into two balanced XLR signals, enabling direct integration into professional audio setups. D/A conversion up to 32 bit / 192 kHz delivers high-resolution sound, while the galvanically isolated XLR outputs prevent hum and unwanted interference.
A switchable Mic/Line output level makes it easy to match different input stages, and the ground lift switch gives you extra noise control in demanding environments. A 6.3 mm TRS headphone output lets you monitor directly or serve as an additional signal output. Status LEDs for SIGNAL, SYNC and POWER provide quick visual checks during setup and operation.
The SPREE can be powered either via USB-C or the supplied external power adapter. When using the external supply, the connected device can be charged simultaneously via USB-C power pass-through — very useful with smartphones or tablets.
The Palmer SPREE features a robust metal housing, making it ideal for touring and stage use.
