Superb Sound

The robust and durable HLS-560 2-way speaker offers 240 watts (peak) of volume to provide solid musical coverage and great vibes. A 5.25" (133 mm) polypropylene cone woofer and a 0.75" (19 mm) titanium dome tweeter deliver excellent and balanced signal resolution with very clean, precise, and clear sound reproduction. To ensure compatibility with all common hi-fi devices, the 360° box includes an integrated bare cable.

360° Sound Distribution

The Pronomic HLS-560 features a premium, precisely calculated sound diffuser that ensures even all-around sound distribution (360° horizontal, 40° vertical) with balanced tone. This means a single speaker is enough to evenly cover larger spaces or areas, such as a garden including the terrace. This gives the HLS-560 clear advantages over conventional speakers that are limited to a fixed radiation angle.

Weatherproof Housing and Versatile Mounting Options

The robust and weatherproof plastic housing of the compact Pronomic speaker box ensures it will be a long-lasting and reliable companion. A sturdy aluminum grille protects the cone from external damage. The HLS-560 can be placed standing, for example in the middle of a beer garden, or hung above a sun terrace. When used as a stand-alone unit, the speaker’s base can be sunk into the ground. This not only looks sleek but also increases stability in storms. For hanging installation, two 3/8" threads are located on the bottom of the unit to attach the speaker with eye bolts to high ceilings.

Water- and UV-Resistant

The UV-resistant and waterproof garden speaker lets you celebrate not only under blue skies and dry conditions but also by the pool and in the rain. The IP56 rating certifies the Pronomic HLS-560’s suitability for outdoor use. The IP code (International Protection Code) indicates an electronic device’s resistance to certain temperatures, moisture, vapors, dust, and other conditions. IP56 means the HLS-560 is protected against powerful water jets and the housing offers full protection against contact. Furthermore, dust—even in normally damaging amounts—cannot harm this device.

70/100V Option

The HLS-560 outdoor box can be connected to all conventional hi-fi and PA amplifiers with 8 ohms, and additionally offers the option to operate the speaker on 100-volt systems. The required power (2, 4, 8, 16, 32 watts) is set via a rotary control.
