High-resolution audio: More streaming services and audio content with MP3 quality, lossless audio, or immersive sound technologies are offered. WiiM devices can play lossless hi-res audio content from Spotify, Amazon Music, TIDAL, Deezer, Qobuz, and others – and the WiiM Pro is also Roon Ready. It supports audio output up to 192 kHz and 24 bit, matching what artists record in the studio. The integrated Texas Instruments DAC ensures high-quality analog audio output with a 106 dB signal-to-noise ratio and wide dynamic range.

Gapless playback: Precise, gapless playback is crucial for the listening experience. With precise gapless playback, the timing of playback is guaranteed to be identical to the source. No gaps or overlaps (crossfading) occur between consecutive tracks. For "continuous" music like live concert recordings or classical music, any interruption would be very noticeable.

Adaptive EQ: A groundbreaking listening experience requires both high-resolution audio content and a high-quality playback device. When adaptive EQ is enabled, information about the music genre and other tags contained in the audio content are used to adjust the frequency in real time – whether to capture every detail in the music or to make human voices in podcasts clearer.

Automatic audio delay calibration: The connected receiver or speaker may have different audio latency due to varying hardware, software, and DSP processing. To ensure synchronization of individual systems, automatic measurement of the audio path delay is necessary. Using the built-in microphone and a proprietary algorithm, the latency of the entire audio path is automatically measured when connected to the receiver or speaker. The latency value is used to guarantee perfect audio synchronization during wireless multiroom playback with HomePod, Echo, Google Home, or other WiiM devices.

Digital Signal Processor

The MR4 uses a high-quality ADC chipset (analog-to-digital converter) from TI with an SNR of up to 99 dB, a TI TAS5713 digital power amplifier, and a built-in DSP for complete sound tuning to ensure excellent performance in dual mode.

Working with Professional Equipment

With its balanced 6.35 mm TRS input jacks, the MR4 studio monitor can connect to a mixing console, mixer, and other professional devices with an input sensitivity of +4 dBu to build a small music production system.

Enhanced Professional Quality

Moderate MICA added to the traditional PP diaphragm provides softer and more relaxed listening with more natural details and enhances the stiffness and hardness of the diaphragm to improve low frequencies and extend bass depth.

Pure Output
