Outstanding Sound Quality for Discerning Vinyl Fans!
The Rega Nd7 MM cartridge brings the potential of your record collection fully to life. With state-of-the-art neodymium magnet technology, a finely polished Nude-Diamond stylus and precisely wound miniature coils, it delivers a noticeably enhanced sound with more detail, spaciousness and dynamics.
Finest Cartridge for Maximum Detail Reproduction
The "Fine Line" Nude-Diamond stylus with a minimal radius (3 µm horizontal / 30 µm vertical) ensures exceptional groove tracking. It follows even the finest groove modulations and allows a remarkably clear, nuanced sound - vocals sound more natural, instruments more three-dimensional and spatial.
Advanced Generator Geometry for Optimal Sound Balance
Inside, a completely new, highly symmetrical generator geometry with miniature parallel coils (38 µm wire, 1275 turns) is at work. This design produces low inductance and impedance - the result: an open, lively high-frequency range and excellent channel balance. That enables a soundstage and depth of detail seldom found in MM systems. Some hi-fi reviewers even place the Nd7 "on MC level in blind tests".:contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
Light, Low-Resonance Housing for Clean Playback
The glass-filled polyphenylsulfide (PPS) housing is ultra-light and highly rigid. Its low mass relieves the tonearm and minimizes unwanted resonances - a decisive advantage for precise vinyl playback and clean, distortion-free sound.
Easy Installation - Full Sound Enjoyment Without Effort
With the proven 3-point mounting, the Nd7 can be mounted quickly and securely, ideal for users seeking an uncomplicated high-quality upgrade - whether on a Rega Planar 6 / Rega Planar 8 or a compatible MM turntable setup.
The Rega Nd7 combines technical sophistication with craftsmanship - for vinyl with impressive detail, lively sound and a clear soundstage. If you really want to experience your records, stepping up to this premium MM system is worth it!
