The HK Audio LUNAR 112 XA active speaker is a professional 12" powered loudspeaker for DJs, bands, live acts, medium-sized events, mobile sound reinforcement and speech applications. As a proven all-rounder for system and standalone use, it combines a balanced tonal character with noticeable punch and strong projection. With a 12" woofer, 1" tweeter, 600 watts RMS power and 130 dB maximum peak SPL, it delivers powerful, precise sound for music, speech and performance. The 32-bit DSP with FIR filter and phase correction ensures natural reproduction, while Bluetooth 5.4 with True Wireless Stereo enables wireless streaming.

Built-in presets for Music, Monitor, Voice and Subwoofer deliver ready-made tuning for common applications. For music, the speaker offers balanced full-range playback; for speech, clear intelligibility; and in monitor mode, direct on-stage control. When used with a subwoofer, the LUNAR 112 XA performs perfectly as a top unit. That saves time at soundcheck and yields reliable results without complex menu navigation.

Modern Electronics With Precise DSP

The Class-D amplifier runs in bi-amping mode and provides 600 watts RMS and 1200 watts peak power. The 32-bit DSP with 48 kHz sample rate, FIR X-over and phase correction supports a controlled, dynamic and clean sound. The crossover frequency is 1.9 kHz. The transmission range runs from 62 Hz to 21,000 Hz at -6 dB and from 56 Hz to 22,000 Hz at -10 dB. With 90° x 55° dispersion, audience areas are covered broadly and with control.

Flexible Connections and Wireless Convenience

The combined balanced XLR/TRS input accepts mic/line signals and fits mixers, DJ controllers, microphones and other sources. Additionally, a balanced XLR Thru output and a balanced XLR Mix Out are available. You can stream music directly to the speaker via Bluetooth 5.4. True Wireless Stereo enables wireless stereo operation with two compatible LUNAR speakers.

Professional Wooden Enclosure

The robust MDF cabinet with black acrylic lacquer is sturdy, elegant and built for regular use. The 1.5 mm steel grille with anti-corrosive coating and backing fabric reliably protects the components. DuoTilt 3/7, four M8 mounting points, the 33° monitor angle and two SingleGrip handles provide flexible placement, easy handling and professional installation options.
