All MESA enclosures are crafted from the finest void-free Baltic birch in marine grade quality. Super-strong rabbeted corners are glued and nailed. The speaker baffles feature a high-quality rabbet construction and bracing. The grills are wrapped around a separate grill frame, not the baffle board. The grill cloth is made from strong, twisted jute dipped in a special coating that filters the high frequencies for improved tone.
