The compact 2x12" cabinet is equally suited for horizontal and vertical placement and features a rotatable logo, making it perfect for use with classic 100-watt heads, lunchboxes, as well as the BluGuitar AMP1 Mercury Edition or Iridium Edition. Its compact design and light weight of under 20 kg allow for easy one-handed transport.
The cabinet, usable in both mono and stereo and capable of handling up to 150 watts, comes in a robust, padded protective cover. The TWINCAB stands out with precise bass, warm and full mids, and smooth highs with balanced dispersion: The closed-back design with dual port—two front bass reflex openings—gives the cabinet an extra punch of low end, while the basket weave grille cloth delivers silky highs.
The two placement options offer two distinct sound characters with either more bass (horizontal orientation) or more mids (vertical orientation). The BG-12 Special Speaker, developed specifically for the TWINCAB, is harmoniously matched to the reinforced birch plywood cabinet.
