The Stentor Student II Viola is recommended by teachers and musicians for its quality and reliability. The viola is made from solid tonewoods in Stentor’s unique workshop environment, an instrument with a good tone, appealing sound, and dependable performance. The pegs, nut, and saddle are made of ebony. The viola is equipped with flexible strings and a high-quality composite tailpiece with integrated fine tuners. All our instruments feature inlays.

The Stentor Student II is the ideal viola for beginners and comes complete with a lightweight case with burgundy integral cover and safety reflectors: case interior with accessory pocket, two bow holders, and case lid; carrying straps, full-cover music pocket, and outer pocket for the shoulder rest. It also includes a good brazilwood bow with natural horsehair and a fully mounted ebony frog. Sizes: 12" (305 mm), 13" (330 mm), 14" (355 mm), 15" (380 mm), 15 1/2" (395 mm), 16" (405 mm).
