With the Ibanez AEG70L-TIH Lefthand Tiger Burst High Gloss, the Japanese manufacturer Ibanez expands its left-handed range with a compact western guitar in AEG design featuring a cutaway and pickup system. Its warm sound also shines when amplified. A fully laminated construction consisting of a maple top and sapelli body produces a powerful tone that unfolds clearly and directly in both mid and high frequencies. Thanks to a slim Nyatoh neck with a walnut fretboard, the western guitar is comfortable to play across all frets, which are especially easy to reach in the upper registers thanks to a generous cutaway. The coarsely grained fretboard measures 43 mm at the nut, providing enough space to easily and cleanly finger even complex chords. Equipped with an in-house Ibanez AEQ-TTS pickup system, the AEG70L-TIH is perfect for stages worldwide, rehearsal rooms, or campfires, allowing individual tone shaping via a 3-band equalizer. Supported by an integrated tuner, chrome die-cast tuners enable precise tuning of the 6 steel strings, which intonate cleanly across the entire 634 mm scale length thanks to a compensated saddle. The instrument is completed with a tiger burst high gloss finish, giving the guitar a classy appearance.
