Vintage tube tone in a legendary tweed design!
The Fender Blues Junior IV Lacquered Tweed combines the classic character of a Fender guitar amplifier with the dynamics of a 15-watt tube combo. A 12" Jensen C12-N speaker with ceramic magnet, an all-tube signal path with five tubes, and built-in spring reverb form the foundation for clear guitar tones, harmonious tube overdrive, and expressive blues and rock sounds. Use the FAT switch to boost the mids. The lacquered tweed covering, brown-and-gold grille cloth, and chrome control panel make this guitar amp a true classic in appearance, too.
15 watts of power and authentic tube dynamics
Three 12AX7 tubes work in the preamp, while two EL84 power tubes deliver 15 watts of output power. The all-tube signal path responds dynamically to your playing and enables musical overdrive directly from the preamp. Use the separate Volume and Master controls to adjust the balance between preamp drive and output level. The amplifier uses a solid-state rectifier.
Jensen C12-N speaker with ceramic magnet
The built-in Jensen C12-N is a 12" speaker with a nominal diameter of 30.48 cm and a ceramic magnet. It supports the distinctive tonal character of this single-channel electric guitar combo. Total impedance is 8 ohms. A 6.35 mm mono speaker jack is also provided.
Spring reverb and FAT switch to shape your sound
The built-in spring reverb adds spacious depth to clean passages and gives overdriven sounds classic Fender reverb character. Adjust the effect directly with the Reverb control. The FAT switch boosts the midrange for a fuller, more cutting guitar tone. Bass, Middle, and Treble controls provide further tone shaping. The amplifier has one channel and a 6.35 mm jack input.
Lacquered tweed finish with classic details
The sturdy cabinet, made from 3/4" particleboard with a plywood baffle, is covered in lacquered tweed. Other details include a vintage-style brown-and-gold grille cloth, black chicken-head knobs, a chrome control panel, and a red jewel indicator light. A leather-covered handle with nickel-plated hardware completes its distinctive look. The Fender Blues Junior IV Lacquered Tweed combines timeless guitar-amp styling with straightforward controls.
A tube combo for your own guitar sound
Whether you prefer warm clean tones, dynamic crunch, or expressive blues licks, you can tailor this single-channel amplifier to your style with Volume, Master, the three-band EQ, spring reverb, and FAT boost. An optional 1-button footswitch can operate the FAT function; it is not included. With 15 watts of tube power, a 12" Jensen speaker, and classic Fender spring reverb, the Blues Junior IV Lacquered Tweed is a versatile electric guitar amplifier with unmistakable vintage appeal.
