VOX has spent many years fine-tuning its modeling technology, delivering top-tier sounds. The proprietary VET technology (Virtual Element Technology) stands for authentic sounds that aren’t just snapshots but are based on the interaction of key component simulations that shape the tone. In addition to the "classic" AC30, this amp offers sounds from globally popular tube amps, modern high-gain amps, and priceless boutique amps. A "LINE" model is also included, allowing other instruments to be properly amplified.

Eight Carefully Selected Effects

All essential effects for a fat sound are already integrated. Both effect categories—"Modulation" and "Delay/Reverb"—contain 4 effects each, with one effect selectable per category. This means 8 different combinations are available. Crafting a rich guitar sound becomes child's play. Thanks to the TAP button, parameters like delay speed can be intuitively adjusted.

The Internal Cabinet Design Is Optimized for a Punchy, Convincing Sound

The sealed cabinet is made of ABS and features a bass reflex design. The kicker: this amp weighs almost nothing! At first, you might even wonder if the VX15 GT can be a full-fledged guitar amp. It can. Its sealed ABS cabinet uses all available acoustic possibilities while suppressing unnecessary vibrations. This interplay results in an undistorted and maximally projected sound experience. Its bass reflex design also guarantees a rich bass range. Unlike other mini amps, you’ll be amazed time and again at how full and loud it sounds.

A tuner is standard equipment because it’s simply indispensable for guitarists. The AUX input allows jamming along with external audio sources, and thanks to the headphone/line output jack with speaker simulation, you can jam at home too. The presets bring the amp’s sound to life at the push of a button. In manual mode, the sound corresponds exactly to the selected settings and knob positions.

Optional Footswitch for More Flexibility

An optional footswitch lets you switch sounds with your foot. Using a VFS5 increases user memory slots to 8. This is invaluable, especially for stage use.
