With the Headrush, I didn't even read the instruction manual and after a good 2 hours I was completely thrilled.
The operation is so simple and intuitive. It doesn't get any better than this. The sounds (rigs) are sensational and sound like it. After less than 10 minutes you can easily create your first rigs. Everything via drag & drop and, above all, it works great.
The display is large and razor sharp and it's great fun to work with. Anyone can use it straight away, as the Headrush can be operated like a tablet or cell phone.
Everything is also of absolutely high quality and the number of amps, cabs and effects is almost inexhaustible.
If you want, you can upload your own rigs to the Headrush Cloud and load thousands of rigs from other artists.
All of this works without a connection to a PC or Mac, as everything runs wirelessly via WiFi.
There's also no software to edit your sounds, which I prefer as I can create my sounds anywhere.

There are multiple ways to get there for almost every action, which makes it all the more fun.
The connectivity options are also phenomenal and leave nothing to be desired.
Another highlight (which is why I opted for the Headrush) is that you can also go into the Headrush with a microphone and then have 7 effects for the guitar and 7 effects for the vocals. Both signals can then be sent separately to the system. Simply sensational.
From delay, reverb, doubler, harmonizer, compressor, auto-tune from Antares and so on, everything you could wish for is on board for the vocals.
The next highlight is the ability to clone amps, cabs and even pedals. It all works seamlessly in the living room and only takes minutes. The display shows you exactly how to do this. So there are no problems and it works straight away.
If you use the Headrush in an existing AMP with cabinet, you can switch off the saved amps and cabs with a single click without having to re-edit the sounds and deactivate each AMP and/or cabinet.
I personally find the effects very successful and can't say much bad about them.
Another highlight is the sensational looper, which offers as many possibilities as you can only find in the upper class.
Of course, there is also a tuner on board and a Bluetooth connection to connect a cell phone or other music source. You then have the option of jamming and another tool opens up afterwards. You can change the speed and pitch of the songs, e.g. to pick out specific solos.
I don't know if I could mention everything the Headrush has to offer.
The sounds are now so close to the original and you hardly notice any differences.
Perhaps the only weak point: with too many effects on a rig, the sound muddles minimally. But honestly, how many effects do you need for a great sound? I have a maximum of 7 and the Headrush works with up to 14 effects at the same time.
Other reviews have also criticized the delay and reverb effects. I can't confirm this in my experience.
At the beginning I had problems with overdrive and fuzz/crunch. But that was my fault, because I didn't use the right amps for them.
You have to struggle a bit to match the names Headrush gave the amps and cabs to the originals. But this is the case with all models and is not a negative feature.
