The IDX:50 and IDX:100 amplifiers were designed to deliver exceptional sounds and versatility in a compact format. The IDX combos give you the familiar, intuitive controls of a traditional amp while offering far greater flexibility thanks to their programmability. The Voice control calls up six distinct tones — Clean Warm, Clean Bright, Crunch, Super Crunch, OD 1 and OD 2. Paired with Blackstar's patented ISF control, you can dial sounds from American to British and everything in between.

The amps also feature a Response function that lets you select different tube emulations. The IDX:50 and IDX:100 include a built-in display for intuitive navigation and deep effect editing. The amp's effects section contains more than 35 pre-FX, modulation effects, reverbs and delays, all selectable and editable directly on the amp. In short, the IDX series delivers a broad palette of sounds for guitarists of every level thanks to its advanced technology.
