Pro Footswitch for Professional Sound!
The LTX-5 footswitch features five buttons and acts as a hands-free remote for presets and effects on the Mustang LTX 50 and 100 Watt amps. It's intuitive to operate and housed in an indestructible, tour-ready enclosure.
In Preset Mode you select banks and presets. In Effect Mode you build and control your effect chain with Stomp, Modulation, Delay, and Reverb. Toggle effects on or set them to bypass while you fine-tune your tone in real time. Preset Mode also includes Tap Tempo. Use the Mode Switch to mute the signal and bring the built-in tuner up on the display.
Preset Mode
Navigate through banks and presets. They're grouped in sets of four; each preset is mapped to one of the function buttons A, B, C, and D. Bi-color LEDs indicate which preset is active.
Effect Mode
Manage your effect chain with dedicated buttons for Stomp, Modulation, Delay, and Reverb; bi-color LEDs show which effect is active.
Mode Switch
Switches between Preset and Effect modes; activates the built-in tuner.
Tuner Mode
Hold the Mode Switch briefly to turn on the chromatic tuner; the LED display shows the note closest to the pitch you play, and bi-color LEDs indicate whether you're sharp or flat. To exit Tuner Mode, tap any button.
