The Surround Ring Protects the Area Around the Board
The ring creates an extended area around the board to catch stray darts. Since the surround is thicker than the dart point is long, the tips cannot penetrate the ring and damage the wall behind it (and thus the tip itself). These extra 12 cm not only protect the wall: the dart also no longer falls down, which also protects the floor. Triple protection with just one simple measure.
Installation
The ring made of foamed polyurethane simply slips over the dartboard. It thus clamps onto any board with a 44 cm diameter and does not need to be additionally fixed to the wall.
