Intuitive Plug-In System
The HR-175 heavy-duty rack can be easily assembled by amateurs thanks to its intuitive plug-in system and illustrated assembly instructions and requires no additional screws for securing. Everything needed for assembly is included in the package. The option for variable setup allows the rack to be used in various situations. Among other things, it can also be set up as a workbench. Additionally, multiple racks can be easily combined side-by-side or stacked.
5 Wooden Shelves with max. 175 kg Load Capacity
Specially adapted MDF wooden shelves provide optimal storage comfort, whether for crates, food, instruments, or other items. Each shelf can bear up to 175 kg with even load distribution.
Powder-Coated Metal Parts
Powder-coated metal parts ensure that the rack remains rust-free for a long time, even when placed in damp basements or warehouses.
Please note: Assembly takes about 30 minutes. We recommend having a rubber mallet and a flathead screwdriver on hand as additional tools not included in the delivery. Please wear gloves during assembly and secure the rack additionally to the wall when carrying heavier loads.

The shelves are easy to assemble. You really need a rubber mallet, a screwdriver is unnecessary. One shelf I built with half the height and put as a room divider. From the stability, this is ok. At full height, the shelves are too unstable for a room divider solution. The shelves are very thin, so time will tell if they can take the weight. The shelves steam out for quite a long time, but if you air them vigorously once a day, you won't smell anything. Overall, I can recommend the shelf. If I need more space, I will buy additional shelves from it. The delivery was fast. Each shelf is packed in a single box, so you can carry the packages well from the weight. Even with the multiple packages, you can put each shelf individually. So that was a little unsorted ;-) LG
